Fino al 2003 proprietà del noto chef Giorgio Mariani, che di queste terre è originario, dall’ottobre 2005 è gestito dalla signora Gloria, che cura tutti gli aspetti del ristorante e dell’albergo: dall’accoglienza dei clienti, alla scelta degli ingredienti, alla produzione dei dolci che disegna e prepara personalmente.

The Restaurant “I Ronchi” is a reference point to those who come to visit our beautiful hills.

The restaurant was a property of the well-known chef Giorgio Mariani until 2003, since October 2005 it is conducted by Miss Gloria, that takes care of all the aspects: from the reception, to the selection of the ingredients and the creation of the desserts that she personally designs and prepares.
